Thanks Carol, I wasn't being critical about the bread, I love the un sweetened best my self, The way I make it 2 parts self rising corn meal mix, to i1 part flour, either kind. and 1 egg, and 1 cup butter milk. stir thoroughly and bake until good and brown.Then cook some white beans or pinto beans , and you will have something so good it would slap your grand ma.lollol
